DELIVERY

A) How does the delivery process work?

  • Once you have placed an order on our website, our system starts processing your order almost immediately.
  • Next, your item is passed through a quality check before being handed over to the courier partner.
  • Your item is packed securely and handed over to our trusted delivery partners.
  • Then, your item is shipped to your location.
  • In case your address falls in a location that is not served by our delivery partners, the Pink n Lime team will contact you and find an alternative solution to make your order reach you. 

B) What is the estimated delivery time?

*DELHI / NCR - 3 to 7 Days (Approx.)
*ALL OVER INDIA - 5 to 10 DAYS (Approx.)

Certain Pin Codes /Remote ares may take longer time to delivery.

In few cases there might be some delays due to dependencies at various levels. Furthermore, We diligently ship orders throughout the week except  Monday.

Please note- During festivals, adverse weather conditions or political crises, your shipment may get further delayed due to dependency on courier companies. We ensure you that we will try our best to have the product delivered to you in the earliest possible time and we truly appreciate your patience.

Shipping in the rest of India: Rs 100
Free shipping on orders more than Rs 5000

We go the extra mile to make sure you receive your order in top-notch condition. Each item is wrapped in sturdy packaging so that it stays free from any physical damage. So far, Pink n Lime has received minimal complaints about damaged items due to packaging.
